• The ability to seee what flowers would be sent is such a bonus . My son and his new wife were feeling very emotional and missing family as they left to work in NZ just six days after marrying and attending my daughters wedding too .Choosing what was a bouquet so similar to their own wedding flowers made them feel less cut off from family and home . I am told the flowers were "stunning " and heart warming .Thank you .

• I sent the flowers from USA and didn't have a complete address for the recipient but they arrived safely and were beautiful - the process was very smooth

• Unfortunately the wrong flowers were delivered to my recipient. I live overseas so the only way I knew that was the photo I got of the arrangement and it didn't look like what I ordered. I wrote an email complaint and to her credit, Jean McErlane (who I assume is the manager), organised the correct delivery very quickly and let me know about it promptly. I don't have a photo this time but I know my grandmother was happy.
