The picture of the basket that I ordered is a soft pastel pink flowers with a handle on the basket. When I picked up my daughter from boarding school on Thursday, the colours of the arrangement are strong pink and orange and the basket has no handle. Thank God my daughter is a teenager and she likes the arrangement and the colour scheme.

I was plesantly surprised that when I placed my order after hours on Saturday afternoon, the flowers were delivered on the Sunday as requested to my very sick friend. Thank you so much.

Great! Just after I made the order, I realised that the recipient was not going to be at that address until a week later. I emailed direct2florist via their contact page web form, and both direct2florist and Flower Concepts (Hamilton, New Zealand) worked together to change the delivery address, and pass the order onto a different local florist. Excellent service.
