First class service - flowers were delivered on time and the recipient was delighted with them. Very good communication as well, keeping me well informed of when order had been received and when the flowers were delivered. Highly recommended.

The service by the florist is great, but the online ordering isn't as slick as it could be. I couldn't find an easy way of repeating orders (i.e. logging in under the username that was given to me, selecting the same delivery address, etc.).

you know i really cant complain, I can only thank the wonderful team at Direct2florist for their efficiency. I realised at the last minute (about 10pm that it was my sisters birthday the next day). Now since im in Australia and shes in New Zealand its not easy to find a florist open at this time of the night, let alone find one that will send them to her in time. Direct2florist made sense of my gobbledegook order and my sister received her flowers that she was most impressed with in less than 12hours of my ordering them. Im impressed and wouldnt have any issue referring friends and family to your company. Many thanks, most satisfied customer

I only ordered today so cannot comment on the flowers, as I would need feedback from the recipient. I am just surprised that you charge a delivery fee of $9.60 for local delivery. I would have assumed you delivered free of charge. Can you re-adjust?

I was VERY HAPPY with the service by Flowers Rotorua. I didn't see the flowers but my friend said they were absolutely gorgeous and that everyone commented on them over xmas/new year. Didn't see the flowers but the recipients were extremely happy. Asked if they could deliver early in the morning so flowers could be taken to the funeral and it was delivered by 8:30am (I only placed the order 9 hours before they were delivered). We ordered on Mother's Day in hopes that her flowers would be delivered the same day. We were very pleased that she received them that day. She called and said they were beautiful and she was very happy. We got the florist's choice bouquet and obviously, it was a good decision. Thank you for making our mum very happy.

I live in Madrid and in the past I have used the standard international service for ordering and sending flowers to my family in NZ. I am so glad that I tried someone different this time. I was able to choose the actual florist which is, for me, very important. The flowers were received with great appreciation, same day delivery and an unexpected email informing me of the delivery. Fantastic Service and one I will continue to use.

This is a wonderful service and the second time that I have used Joan's Flowers in Rotorua. The flowers were delivered early on the same day that I had sent the order in from Canada and my sister just phoned me now to say how beautiful they were. She was also amazed that they had been delivered so early on Saturday morning when they lived a distance out of town. Thank you again so much.

The service was very efficient and I am very pleased. As for my Mother, she phoned me shortly after receiving her flowers and exclaimed excitedly "that she had never received anything like it ever before". She went on to say that they were beautiful flowers and the packaging was wonderful and that the entire box that they came in stood almost up to her hip. They were very well watered and in lovely condition. I highly recommend this wonderful service and will most definitely be using it again in the future. The follow-up email from the florist was also very much appreciated. Thank you!

I placed my order at 9.15am or thereabouts and requested that the flowers be delivered by 11am. I received an email confirming delivery at 10.34am. I am very pleased with the response times and would highly recommend to all my friends and family to use this service. It is hassle free and there is bound to be a flower arrangement to meet everyone's needs. I will definitely use them again.
