The flowers that were sent, were lovely so thank you, my concern is, that they looked nothing like the display I orginally ordered from your selection of display photo's , surely if you are going to take carte blanche with arrangements there should be no need for these photos. All that aside though we were happy with service given.

Exellent in every way ie quality and efficiency and value except they did not follow my instructions regarding colour so bright vibrant yellow flowers were sent when I had requested pink/pastel. I think yellow represents funeral/ remembrance and as my aunt is dying I wanted to avoid that and have something pinky/feminine. My Mum who has flown out there says they are good quality flowers, though. The idea of the direct 2 florist website is excellent for these circumstances. Interflora wouldn't even take online orders due to the earthquake so well done!
