Straightforward ordering process. Slight holdup due to hospital no-flower policy while Dad was in HDU but this was also handled well and plenty of email feedback. Worthwhile noting however that the "flowers delivered" email sent on 29th Oct wasnt quite accurate as the flowers got to Dad on the 1st Nov. They were beautiful.
