• I was told the flowers were beautiful thankyou. I would certainly use this service again as I have many relatives in New Zealand and knowing I can trust the florist to present something lovely gives me peace of mind.

• Fantastic service! In the middle of a long weekend, and filled exactly to our hopes. Even though what we wanted wasn't displayed, the florist at Dunedin Flowers went above and beyond, and so did Direct2florist! Thank you so much for making the miles apart seem less so!

• I was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service. However, your arrangement was described as "brightly coloured" and in fact it was very pale creams and golds. A bit disappointing. Still, it is Labour Day and I'm amazed you were able to deliver today. I have always been very satisfied in the past.

• I had a special request and asked to have my flowers delivered on a sunday. My husband was in hospital while I was in Canada. I received a personal email from Direc2florist saying they would do they best to find a florist delivering on sundays. And they did. I really appreciated that.
