The florist was extremely helpful. There was a little snag with my order an i was very impressed with the quick response to the hiccup. Mum loved her flowers. I will be using this service again. Big thumbs up

The service from both Direct2florist and in particular TreesPlease was outstanding and my rating goes beyond 5 for BOTH Companies. I incurred difficulty processing my credit card online twice. I then went into Direct2florist 'help' and left an email message with explanation and within half an hour Gary from Direct2florist phoned from his Christchurch base to me in Sydney. All was OK with their processing systems as orders were flowing. Gary suggested I reboot my PC. Then came the emails of confirmation from both Direct2florist and TreesPlease. It was the amazing personal touch from TreesPlease that most impressed me. My Recipient's address proved to be just out of township range and rural. It looked very much in doubt my gift could be delivered on my preferred day. A rural Courier would be needed, thus taking an extra day or two. TreesPlease overcame all odds and indeed delivered without extra charge. Even emails were exchanged as to approximate time my gift would leave the premises! I was able to confirm the residence had safe area to leave a parcel and most brilliant of all a lovely email followed once delivery completed to report my gift had been handed to the Recipient personally. In all about six emails were exchanged and the promptness of acknowledgement was exceptional. How good was all that!!!! Whatsmore we are confident my choice of a little NZ Kauri will grow to become a strong and beautiful remembrance tree. EXCELLENT!! at every level: prompt delivery, kept me in touch with every stage from the time of order to the exact time of delivery. Most importantly, my newly wed friends were thrilled and described the kowhai tree as "exquisite". This is very much appreciated as I was wary of placing an order from Brunei without first viewing the product. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you very much to your wonderful team ;-)
