Due to lock down I was unable to visit my daughter for her birthday as I always do. The flowers I ordered for her birthday were beautiful. Looked very like what I ordered on line. Arrived on the day with my message exactly as requested. She loved them. Thank you Ab Fab Flowers for making her day special.

Disappointed florist notified the recipient the day before they were due to be delivered to advise they lived too far away for delivery. Even though the website clearly says the area where delivery was to occur is included in the areas they service.<br />Disappointed the surprise was ruined and the recipient had to pick up themselves.<br />Also the actual time for tea arrangement was very small not like what I would think a medium sized arrangement would be.

Extremely happy with the service I received! I placed my order AFTER 2pm and was expecting delivery the following day however I was delighted to hear they were delivered on the same day! Thank you so much Ab Fab Flowers. They arrived just in time for Xmas and included scented lilies as requested. My sister said they are 'just gorgeous' including roses, carnations, lilies, ferns, (maybe) beautiful daisies, gypsophila, wrapped in white red bows 'divine'.! I ordered the Sugar Pop flowers (birthday gift) to be delivered on Saturday 19th September as there was no delivery for the Sunday 20th. The flowers were left on the doorstep,, on Friday 18th. the lady getting the gift was home all day. The only reason she found them was she was bringing in her door mat as it was going to rain, found the flowers there. Why ask the customer what delivery date do you want when you dont get that

Overall I was very happy with the ease of the service. The cost I thought was a little high The recipient was, I understand, happy with the flowers, but unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of what was sent and hence the 4 star rating. My friend sent me a text this evening to say thank you for my flowers. I was surprised as I had originally asked for them to be delivered on the 18th July for her birthday. Having said that I did then ask for them to be delivered on Monday 6th July instead so I guess there may have been some misunderstanding. But I am impressed by the service I have received.

I would recommend Ab Fab Flowers via direct2florist.com. My 85 year old mother in law was a floral artist in younger years. Her birthday is on 14th Feb. which is every florists busiest day in their calendar. I really appreciate the fact you managed my order even though I found out later that it was a long weekend holiday in Wanganui and my order was for a funeral on Tuesday the 7th June. However I was disappointed that my original order of "cherry Blossom " which was pink colours was replaced with yellows. But many thanks for your service.

Not as in picture, missing plastic mothers day sign, said on site it was abel to b delivered on mothers day at no extra cost and was delivered the day before. A bit disappointed with that.nice plant though.

Flowers sent were not the one I ordered. The picture had a bird house in the arrangement ( it was not included in the purchase)the picture showed 60% greens (plants) 40% yellow flowers. Yet what was sent was 60% yellow and 40% white flowers no greens. The reason I paid such a large amount of money was for these colours and a bird house was due to there particular impact for the person receiving them. (The white flowers reminded her of dead cat which really upset her.) The flowers were in perfect condition and delivered on time, they just were not what I was paying for
