Great service. I was able to quickly and easily order flowers for delivery to the other side of the world. The flowers were delivered exactly as I specified and, because the recipient shared a photo of them, I could see that they were beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to use direct2florist again.

There was a bunch of flowers that I wanted to send my Mother for Mothers Day but unfortunately they weren't able to come through with the exact style I wanted. However they suggested the 'florists choice'. I felt a bit upset as Inonly wanted the best for my Mum since I couldn't be with her and all I can say is Wow! They definitely came through with a beautiful bunch of flowers! I was soo happy and my Mum absolutely loved them and was surprised. So thank you soo much!! Also I had good communication with Garry who helped me with my enquiry. And whoever delivered the flowers did such a good job delivering them as my Mums apartment is kind of hidden under another house so thank you so much!

I had ordered a basket of flowers for the birth of my granddaughter looking on the website I thought the pretty basket flowers looked beautiful and apt for the occasion as I live in the UK and my daughter in New Zealand/The picture was of a basket of flowers in pink and white. I also ordered a box of chocolates to go with it. I was very dissapoinnted when my daughter sent me the picture of what she had received It was mainly greenery with like a tiny bunch of pink flowers in the middle. it was absolutely nothing like the picture Also she received 3 boxes of chocolates despite the fact that I had only ordered one. I do feel this was to compensate for the lack of flowers that was actually in the basket. I had spent a lot of money on this. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I will not recommend or use your services again. I have been away so this is the first opportunity that I have had to make this complaint
