Easy to order and have delivered. Appreciated by the recipient who said they were lovely. The only thing I would suggest is that a picture is sent to the purchaser. We would have loved to have seen what the actual flowers that were sent looked like as we live too far away to see and the occasion wasn't really appropriate for the recipient to send us a picture. Very minor issue (and it certainly does not affect our rating) but just thought we'd mention.

I was very disappointed that the rose I purchased for the specific day was not sent for. I was also disappointed that the card that was suppose to go with the roses was not gifted alongside the flowers, but instead giving hours later about I personally called asking about the letter 3 times before hand. Disappointed that I was told the card was given to the receipts mother, but I was lied to several times.

Initially it was difficult to load card details despite 3 attempts. It would not change from a Visa card to Masters- something along those lines. Anyway I thought it was great to receive an email to advise the delivery of flowers would be made the following week. It suited the recipient and I know she loved them because she said so. Thanks team this is the second time I have used direct2florist this year :)

My sister received the flowers and said they were absolutely beautiful. She said the florist from Kerikeri made a huge effort to get them delivered to my sister at work on the main road of Moerewa to save the courier leaving the flowers in Kawakawa.
