Ordered Sympathy flowers for family in NZ (from UK). Asked for next day delivery. Also, if flowers could be in certain colours, exactly as depicted. Our cousin emailed us the next day, saying how delighted she was with the bouquet, saying they were 'absolutely beautiful'. She included a photo and she was right: they looked wonderful, and an exact replica of the advertised example. Thank you for your eye for detail and really prompt delivery. Excellent service. The florist called to tell me , due to MY short notice, they couldn't deliver the bouquet in time. I am in the UK, florist in NZ is 13hrs ahead of me. I spoke to family that were able to speak to the florist. Collection was arranged and a beautiful bouquet was made ready for collection within a couple of hours. The florist sorted the delivery cost by adding to the floral arrangement. A very good deal for me and I'll certainly use them again. Thank you for helping make a 21st birthday girl very happy.
