This was probably the most easiest online order I have ever made. I had mistakenly forgot to request either a garden plant or flowering plant was required and with Queensland not having daylight saving I didnt have enough time on the day of delivery to make a choice so I left it up to the powers that be. I reckon that Bays Flowers must have read my mind and delivered the most beautiful oriental style plantjust what I had in mind. I dont know who was happier, me or the Birthday Girl. Thank you Bays Flowers!

Lolita send a beautiful bouquet to my friend for her Birthday with what should have been an addition of a box of chocolates . However , she gave her chocolates bars. I was disappointed and sent an email. I had such a prompt reply and Lolita went above and beyond her duty by sending my friend flowers and a box of chocolates to rectify the situation My friend was thrilled by the surprise and Lolita did not have to do that . Lovely lady and cannot thank her enough . Will recommend to my friends and will use her again
