Many thanks for confirming my flower order has been delivered to Nola Craig in New Zealand. I would have liked to include a gift e.g. chocolates with the flowers. So can you good people see a way for customers like me to also select a gift to go with the flowers. Of course the cost of the gift would need to added to the bill, which means an additional income for the florist and an even happier customer and recipient. I would like you to up date me with this to my email [email protected]

Due to the order not being picked up in time to make delivery on the expected day the florist waived the delivery fee and put the fee into the cost of the flowers, so appreciated their good will gesture. the flowers when arrived were beautiful.

The recipient was very happy with the flowers and is a person who would soon tell us if anything was not quite up to scratch. In case you are not already doing this, suggest that you also send a feedback request to the recipients. Will use the site again.
