My review is of both flowers and service provided. I ordered a florist choice bouquet as the one my customer wanted could not be chosen by me (I am a fellow florist and ordered on her behalf). In florist choice it states "See Instructions". I had some specific things listed as my customer hates some flowers due to appearance and strong scent. On delivery day, I was disappointed to see a bouquet that included exactly all the things my customer did NOT want. My regular customer who ordered, sent me a photo and was very disappointed and did not want to make a fuss but found it extremely odd the florist went against the requests. I followed this up immediately as I also found it extremely strange. Upon discussion with Donghyun (I assume the owner of Boris Flowers) via email, we learned that the staff saw florist choice and assumed to make something creative without reading any further. A follow up bouquet was delivered the next day and met all the request criteria. The work was well done and I appreciated that they offered to fix their mistake. I hope that the staff have now learned a valuable lesson of reading the whole order before constructing a bouquet. And I am happy as the service provided was good and they fixed their mistake. Mistakes do happen and it was rectified. Thank you.
