Definitely recommend this florist, flowers where absolutely gorgeous and they arrived right on time looking beautiful and the flowers where in a vase. Service and price spot on. Will definitely be using again to send flowers to my daughter in NZ as I’m in the UK

I'm pretty impressed. I placed our order on Sunday mid-afternoon (Australia time) as I'd forgotten our sister-in-law's birthday on Monday 1/8/16. I didn't know if I'd left it too late to get the flowers to her in time (in NZ). She told me that the flowers arrived between 10.30am - 3pm (during which time she was out) and were waiting for her when she got back home and had been thoughtfully left in the shade on her front porch so she would see them when she arrived home). Now that's what I call service. I've used your service before and will continue to do so. From what she told me the flowers are beautiful too.

Very glad delivery was on the day that we requested. I was surprised to hear that the flowers were left on her doorstep as she was not home at the time From the picture I got, I was disappointed that the bunch did not look very much like the one I ordered And considering the price we paid, I was not over-awed! I understand that flowers in season at the time will be used but this looked nowhere near it.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the bouquet i ordered from. I didnt mind a slight change, but i dont think there was any similarity in any flowers, or the shape and style. i would not recommend this florist from this experience. I have emailed and not had any offer of resolution at this stage.

I found the site easy to use, just wondered if card details were on a secure page - websites usually state this very clearly when inserting financial details. Delivery was on the right day and the recipient said "the flowers are beautiful, embarrassed my husband who had just picked up some roses at the dairy!" I would definitely use this shop again.
