Absolutely beautiful arrangement, delivered on time. I picked 'Florist's choice' and asked for bright yellow/orange/red hues and they did a great job! Jeane responded swiftly to my inquiry about the delivery times and sent a picture of the bouquet before it was sent out for delivery (much appreciated!!) . Recipient is very happy and say flowers are very beautiful. I am sad that I cannot show the picture of the bouquet here. I fully recommend this florist and service.

The service I received went above and beyond. I used an old address for the recipient of the flowers, when they were delivered the florist was informed she had not lived there for a while. They then proceeded to track her down and got the flowers to her a bit later. I was informed about this via email. I am so impressed with their service and think if you want excellent service and gorgeous flowers, look no further.

The flowers are beautiful as too is the container the flowers are in but it was the lateness that took me back a bit. The flowers didn't arrive until 5.45pm which is a bit late for delivering anything. I thought I had gone with a local florist (in the west Auckland catchment) but found out later that they came from south Auckland. Is this why they were delivered so late I had asked for a pm delivery but not this late. I'll be more careful when choosing a florist next time and make sure that they are local local.

The ability to seee what flowers would be sent is such a bonus . My son and his new wife were feeling very emotional and missing family as they left to work in NZ just six days after marrying and attending my daughters wedding too .Choosing what was a bouquet so similar to their own wedding flowers made them feel less cut off from family and home . Unfortunately the wrong flowers were delivered to my recipient. I live overseas so the only way I knew that was the photo I got of the arrangement and it didn't look like what I ordered. I wrote an email complaint and to her credit, Jean McErlane (who I assume is the manager), organised the correct delivery very quickly and let me know about it promptly. I don't have a photo this time but I know my grandmother was happy.
