Very disappointed in delivery time … website said if I ordered with this many hours then the delivery would be the next day. However, after paying, delivery would be within 2 working days. Eventually, it took a week from paying to actually receiving delivery. <br />Not happy at all.

Great variety of items. My huge disappointment was what was delivered did not have the WOW! Factor like the original photo and a 200 ml wine was sent instead of the full sized 750ml bottle of sparkling wine I was expecting to be sent for the $70 plus cost paid. I have sent an email but still no response not even an apology. . I am not sure how much influence they have over the sub suppliers in other districts to deliver what is in the photo

Very easy to use website. However the delivery date on the website said 12/6 and they were not actually delivered until 13/6. It was a very last minute order so I am okay with this but please be careful about promising delivery and then not following through.
