About & History:

Freedom Flowers is a family based operation, based in Swannanoa North Canterbury. We grow a large amount of our flowers and foliage on site and welcome people to view our operation. We have a small studio on site where we create and sell our beautiful arrangements but we also deliver and create on your site if need be. Flowers are in our blood with three generations working on site - they are our passion and we aim to make this shine in our offerings.

Specialties:

Flowers are our passion, not only do we create unique bouquets for all our clients we grow a large range of these flowers ourselves onsite. We love to grow different lines not just the everyday flowers but something that is a little different. Our arrangements change all the time as we like to work mainly with what is in season. We create for all occasions from a simple thank you bouquet, to events, weddings, funerals any celebration that requires flowers to make it memorable.

Beautiful flowers This is the second time we have used freedom flowers to send to New Zealand from the UK and have been so pleased with the whole service from start to finish. A special thanks for providing an alternative when they saw that two identical bouquets were going to the same place. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to send a special gift ❤

I sent flowers from the UK to NewZealand for my nephew who had just lost his wife. He informed me that the flowers arrived and were beautifully. The picture he sent me was just as advertised or may be better. Thank you

Ordered a bouquet of mixed flowers from the UK for my sister’s 90th birthday recently. I was sent an email showing a photo of the arranged bouquet which looked wonderful. She was thrilled to receive them & said they were a lovely combination of colours . I just wondered why I had to pay an extra $10 for delivery outside of the area when my sister lives in central Rangiora. I already had paid a service charge as well. Anyway apart from that I was extremely pleased with the service provided, so many thanks .

This is the 2nd time I have used Freedom Flowers and ordered from the UK. The service, price and product are all very good. I will keep on using this business as it has been convenient and very reliable and good value for money. The only other thing I would like to see is perhaps some other gifts that could be delivered at the same time. ie. chocolates, biscuits along with the flowers. Well done though a great job.

I sent flowers to my grandmother from a distance. The value is absolutely brilliant, the flowers were delivered with extra care & delicately by this florist. She said they were beautiful and smelt lovely ; as herself being an award winning floriculture grower this must be a great compliment to receive. I am beyond impressed and I will be a returning customer. Thank you for helping in brightening my grandmothers day.

Absolutely top service and fantastic value for money. My order was made from Australia for delivery to my dearest friend in Rangiora so I put a lot of faith in the people putting it all together. I was not disappointed!! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and my friend tells me they're still looking great, 10 days later! Highly recommend Freedom Flowers and will use them again in the future.

Service was quick and on time recipient said flowers were lovely

Susan

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 3rd Jun 2023

The flowers were very similar to those advertised & apparently their perfume was lovely. The note about the lilies being yet to open would be appreciated by those unfamiliar with the flower. I especially liked this for the longevity of the arrangement. I really appreciated seeing photographs of what was delivered, given that I live off-shore. A great job. Many thanks.

Fantastic service!!! I ordered flowers online from Sydney and less than two hours later my mum in Christchurch NZ was holding the most magnificent bouquet. It looked better than in the online depiction and my sister confirmed that they smelled divine and that Mum was delighted. First time I've used this service and won't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
