The cost of flowers in New Zealand is much more than overseas. It is a shame because it makes it an expensive way of thanking someone or cheering someone up. The quality of the flowers is great. It is just the cost which like all things in NZ is making things hard.

Unable to attend my mother's funeral in NZ because of the covid and knew she absolutely loved her flowers and wanted her to have some the best. The flowers received seemed to be under average condition and size for the price. They arrived perfectly at their destination on time, which was impressive but did not include a card so the person who received them didn't have a clue who had sent them. Also, and I am not sure who this is up to, but the online site for checking up on the order did not update, so all day it read "order with florist", leaving me not knowing if it was going to be delivered or not. Altogether I was not highly impressed.

Very very disappointed. I ordered flowers on 1 May for delivery on Mothers Day to my elderly Grandmother. Depsite NO flowers being delivered, my email following up with the florist (10 May 16) has been ignored. My credit card has been charged - but nothing delivered. Very poor public relations. I will not be using again, and will seek other avenues of address.

Straightforward ordering process. Slight holdup due to hospital no-flower policy while Dad was in HDU but this was also handled well and plenty of email feedback. Worthwhile noting however that the "flowers delivered" email sent on 29th Oct wasnt quite accurate as the flowers got to Dad on the 1st Nov. They were beautiful.
