Jack

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 20th Aug 2018

The bouquet that arrived was nothing like the one I ordered on line. Was dissappointed about that. Would be better if the sizes of the bouquets and how many flowers are in each were depicted. From what I can see of the flowers that arrived at the destination there were about 4 roses and a stick of lillies and flax etc, not many flowers for the money.

Angie

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 28th May 2017

Pleased with the prompt delivery but 10 yellow roses and 2 white roses are not an ideal replacement for a dozen red roses that were advertised on the website, despite the well known association of red roses with romance. If 12 red roses were not available they should have been sourced elsewhere or at least I should have been contacted, which I presume was why I had to leave my number. Have used this florist before and they were good then, hence the disappointment.

The bouquet was beautiful but as the person who ordered it, as a pink bouquet, I would have liked to see less white and more pink flowers in the bouquet. I know it might not always be easy to get pink but I did feel there was a little too much white. But still a gorgeous bouquet loved by the receiver.

I'm not sure if the flowers were beautiful or not as I was not there to see them but I trust they were and I appreciate you advising me that they were delivered.
