Very happy with the chosen flowers. Also that the florist advised me that though I had selected Friday for delivery they wouldnt be delivered till today as the address was classed as rural.This wasnt a problem to me but appreciated being advised.

Absolutely fantastic service! Being in a different timezone could have made arranging the logistics of my aunt's funeral wreath difficult, but Beverly from Scent flowers was brilliant. She promptly replied to my emails and gave me the reassurance I desperately needed. And as you can see, the arrangement was beautiful. Would HIGHLY recommend this florist.

Hello, I recently ordered flowers for my Mother In law who lives in New Zealand and we are in Australia. She lives in a rural area a few kms outside a major town. So in selecting ‘florist’s choice’ I thought the selection would be better and the order would be delivered quicker as the flower description stated that the florist would select their ‘best blooms’.... So in seeing a picture of the flowers I was very disappointed that this is all my $78 bought me!!!! I showed the pic to a friend who is a florist and she said the florist had just selected their ‘cheapest flowers’. I doubt that if you ordered flowers for your mother, you too would expect more than this cheap small bunch of flowers. I could have asked my father in law to go and get a bunch from their local supermarket and I’m sure that would have been a lot better than this. On a brighter note the flowers were delivered promptly but his potato was eas over shadowed by my disappointment. Thank You

The flowers look great, nice tight buds, so the arrangement should last a good while. Thank-you. My only slight criticisms are that I especially chose an arrangement in a pink basket to celebrate the birth of my granddaughter and I notice that a normal "brown" wicker basket was used instead.Secondly, the arrangement was left on the doorstep. As I gave my son's mobile number, I would have thought the delivery driver would have called him to check where to leave them as they were not home. Nice flowers though and thanks again!

I asked for long lasting & modern. The hand tied was nice enough, but as an ex florist, I felt it was run of the mill & lacked any innovation :( Also, the only photo I got was from my daughter who received the flowers. Previously, I have received a photo from the florist.
