Bluebell Florist went above and beyond standard customer service. They actually called me twice to ensure the flowers were delivered in a timely manner. Because the delivery location was about 30 km from them, the logistics were a little more complicated and they made sure I was aware of each step.

Ordered flowers for my brother's 50th Wedding Anniverary so chose an arrangement with some yellow rose. Contacted by Direct2florists saying they couldn't source yellow roses (too early in NZ spring) and asked if I wanted to cancel order or they could proceed using different coloured roses. This process made the dleivery a day later but this meant the order arrived on the actual day. Brother thrilled with flowers and his photos showed yellow roses - so kept looking even though I had said others okay. Good services and I am really pleased with result.
