The recipient was very impressed and it arrived on the day, which was great as she was feeling very low that day. As I ordered the medium sized orchid I had thought it would be slightly bigger (going from the photo on the website). It maybe that is the container that makes the difference. The photo the recipient sent to me looked lovely. I sent an email direct to the florist, as I made a typo mistake on the message, but I did not receive a reply. So I would rate it 4.5 if that was possible.

I was really disappointed that having in two parts of the process requested a morning delivery as I knew the recipient was being collected at noon, the flowers were left on the doorstep in record temperatures after 12.00. The bouquet is lovely but only saved by kindness of a neighbour.

The recipient was delighted with the flowers received and sent me several photos of them.They looked delightful and fully in accordance with the flowers I had chosen from the brochure.The flowers were delivered exactly as promised along with the note I had asked to be attached.This has also been the case on the previous occasions I have used Gracies Place. A first class florist in my experience.

I ordered 'Florists Choice' for my sister's birthday & requested they be delivered to her workplace. They arrived on the day while she was out so her workmates put them in her office. She told me when she returned & actually saw the beautiful bouquet on her desk she could smell their amazing perfume in the hallway. When I completed the order form I supplied my mobile number to receive a photo of the flowers and I was disappointed this didn't happen, otherwise my rating would have been excellent.

I have not yet heard from the recipient or seen the flowers but the whole booking process was very quick and efficient. It would be great for those of us who are far away from the delivery to be emailed a photo of the flowers before they are sent out.
