  I had an amazing experience with direct2florist. They delievered the floral arrangements on time and it was beautiful. It was ordered online overnight and delivered the next morning. I did all this online from Canada.

  I ordered Friday for delivery Saturday and flowers weren't delivered Saturday at all with no notification why not and I managed to speak with f Gary Sunday whom then told me a huge lie that flowers were delivered Saturday and I happened to visit my family Sunday evening whom then told me flowers were just delivered Sunday maybe after I spoke to Gary and I also ordered a Large size wreath and when I saw it it sure didn't present to be a large size at all I hope I can be refunded for a small size wreath instead. Not a happy customer and would never recommend.

  Flowers received were apparently beautiful. My only hassle with the ordering were some clich??s ordering online. Had to have a couple of attempts as it would not let me move to the next page even though all the details were correct - not sure why whether it was the computer at my end or the program at the time.   This is the second time I have used Heaven Scent for U.K. Mothers Day. My NZ resident mum was delighted with her flowers. They are really beautiful and delivered on time, exceeding expectations set by the photos! Direct 2 Florist service is also easy to use and excellent. I will use again next Mothers Day.

  Beyond excellent. I ordered flowers from Cornwall, UK to be sent to two very special people in New Zealand to brighten some tough times. I wasn't sure if it would work, but let my Sister know that I had sent flowers to my Niece as a surprise so she would look out for them. I also sent her some too. They were delivered on the exact day that I requested and they were both really pleased with them. I have seen a photo of my Sister's and they are lovely. She said that they were from a florist with an excellent reputation. For her bunch I chose the option of letting the florist use the best flowers available on the day which was obviously a good choice. I have not seen a photo of my Niece's, but am told they are as lovely. Thank you, I'm so glad that you helped cheer up to special people who are having a tough time.

  Thank you for the beautiful anniversary flowers which you sent to my sister-in-law and brother-in-law. Not sure how hard it was for them to get there, due to the appalling weather conditions around Otaki at the moment, but VERY impressed with your efforts .   This was the first time I had sent flowers to my new Zealand friend... saw on line Heaven Scent and thought that's a lovely play on words so chose them.   Flowers and Chocolates delivered to my Mum and Dad in the morning. Mum was delighted at the flowers. Said it was the best arrangement she has seen. (Which pleased me). She said the chocolates looked lovely and couldn't wait to try them. Thanks to Heaven Scent. You made my day.
