I have been very anxious wondering what had happened with my order, and whether it had even gone through and if ai had to disappoint my sick sister, and lose my money. So many things can go wrong with buying flowers on line. The webpage for ordering was excellent, so why couldn't there be some kind of confirmation - by email or message or way of tracking the order.

I ordered Friday for delivery Saturday and flowers weren't delivered Saturday at all with no notification why not and I managed to speak with f Gary Sunday whom then told me a huge lie that flowers were delivered Saturday and I happened to visit my family Sunday evening whom then told me flowers were just delivered Sunday maybe after I spoke to Gary and I also ordered a Large size wreath and when I saw it it sure didn't present to be a large size at all I hope I can be refunded for a small size wreath instead. Not a happy customer and would never recommend.

Beyond excellent. I ordered flowers from Cornwall, UK to be sent to two very special people in New Zealand to brighten some tough times. I wasn't sure if it would work, but let my Sister know that I had sent flowers to my Niece as a surprise so she would look out for them. I also sent her some too. They were delivered on the exact day that I requested and they were both really pleased with them. I have seen a photo of my Sister's and they are lovely. She said that they were from a florist with an excellent reputation. For her bunch I chose the option of letting the florist use the best flowers available on the day which was obviously a good choice. I have not seen a photo of my Niece's, but am told they are as lovely. Thank you, I'm so glad that you helped cheer up to special people who are having a tough time.
