  Absolutely thrilled with the beautiful flowers I ordered for my mum???s birthday. I ordered the vintage bouquet ($130 value) and it was stunning. Full of stocks, roses, lisianthus and beautiful greenery. Highly recommend In the pink.

  I am very happy with the flowers but disappointed that you originally delivered them on the wrong day. However the flowers you personally delivered on the correct day were delightful and the personal apology went some way to correcting this. I was disappointed that you addressed the Anniversary message to Mrs. E.Smith (who is me) and it should have been to Mr. and Mrs. Molloy.

  I was disappointed with the flowers I saw in the photo my sister sent. I felt that what I thought I was choosing for almost $100 was stunning but the bouquet my sister received wasn't really a true representation of the advertised product as far as the arrangement went.The flowers themselves were fine I think ( hard to tell when I cant see it for real !)

  I was not satisfied that although the address I gave said Industrial Lane instead of Industrial Pl . The flowers were left at the wrong address. While I was contacted by email in Canada the local number I gave in Queenstown was not contacted initially. <br/>I feel that flowers left without the anyone to receive them should always call the local number provided before leaving the flowers.

  Flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I anticipated but I was disappointed that the &quot;balloons&quot; turned out to be just one balloon -- the photo showed 4 and I was hoping for at least 3-4 for that cost. Otherwise, very happy with the experience.

  Although I did not see the flowers the photo I did see was disappointing in that it looked nothing like the photo I had ordered on. While I know that florists can only use the flowers they are able to source at the time of ordering I would have hoped that the general appearance would be the same. The item I chose by photo consisted of mostly greenery with some lovely bright bold reds and was quite stunning. What appeared to be sent was a real mix of a lot of colours and different flowers and I am just hopeful that it looked better in reality than in the photo I was sent as it did not appeal to me as much.
