  The actual flowers that were delivered looked twice as better than the advertised ones. Superb. I missed the 'message' box, so they were anonymously delivered, but she figured it out. Cheers guys, money well spent

  these flowers were sent to my daughter as a gift to welcome her new baby, as I am in the UK it was important that they were nice.   I was disappointed when I flew in to Christchurch to see my nan and pop for there special day and the flowers looked dismal... especially seemings I upgraded them so they were meant to be the bigger and better bunch... worst bunch of flowers I have ever purchased.

  My flowers were delivered the very next day and AM as requested. I can only assume the arrangement was as ordered. The rieciprent text me to say they had arrived but, as yet, hasn't commented on the content or quality. I can only assume all was good. Many thanks.

  Actual service was great, but their customer service was rather lacking. Rang to confirm they had been delivered as the track and trace hadn't been updated and the lady in the background relaying all the information was very rude and abrupt. Flowers did make it and present was appreciated by recipient though.
