I love Miss Feaver flowers! <br />I was a little disappointed that I paid an extra 20 dollars to have the flowers delivered to woodend . At the point of payment I was not informed that the delivery could not be made on the day specified . <br />I received an email saying that there was a query about the order and that the florist would contact me by email or by phone which did not happen until Monday . <br />My daughter did love the flowers

Miss Feaver Florist was no fuss and put together a beautiful bunch of flowers for my friend on her birthday. I ordered from Sydney and the flowers were delivered on the same day in Christchurch - this is despite being quite a late order.

Lovely bright bunch of flowers. I went for the florist choice as it gives you the flowers that are current. Excellent system for ordering, I was ordering from France. Had to email a question and the response was very prompt and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

I orderrd a Sunrise bouquet for my Mother's 85th birthday, expecting a sunny yellow and orange arrangement. Whilst my Mum received a beautiful arrangement which she enjoyed, it was predominantly white in colour, though maybe some closed buds may be colourful when they open. Just a little disappointed as I chose the Sunrise bouquet especially for some warm coloured flowers.

Actual service was great, but their customer service was rather lacking. Rang to confirm they had been delivered as the track and trace hadn't been updated and the lady in the background relaying all the information was very rude and abrupt. Flowers did make it and present was appreciated by recipient though.
