I arranged a delivery from abroad to my elderly mother for her birthday. The delivery arrived to schedule and my mother was clearly really idelighted with it in every way - freshness, beauty, abundance. I've used the shop before and I'll happily used them again.

I checked with my cousin if my aunt had received the flowers and rshe had still been received them. I called the florist number in New Zealand because when I checked on the delivery status it said 31st. IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. I specifically ordered for flowers to reach her on the 28th and they accepted as I realised 29th was a Sunday. Thankfully the lady I called in New Zealand promised me and kept her promise. If I did not check then the flowers would have reached her long after her 80th bday. I would have been furious. It cost me $149 not cheap. I grestful to the lady for keeping her promise hence the 4*

I ordered this from the UK, for a relative's birthday, leaving the selection choice to the florist, and crossing my fingers. The order arrived on the day, and I got a phone call from my relative who was clearly really pleased with it, praising both the colours and a delicate scent. She mentioned the bouquet appreciatively again when we next spoke some days later.. So my warm thanks to the florist.

Sent flowers for a friend's birthday! Ordering went smoothly and she received a beautiful arrangement (she posted a picture) That would be the only improvement to suggest, is an image so sender can see completed arrangement. Went with florists choice, using flowers in season so without my friends shared picture I would have no way of knowing what she had received. Would use site again and Flowers of St John's, they did a beautiful job.

Even though the orchid plant could not be delivered until the following day, the florist took the time to go in person and apologise for this the day before. Thank you for such great service. Extremely unimpressed, I paid for the super sized version and instead received one half the size of that shown in the picture, a complete rip off for what I paid. Barely equivalent to a thirty dollar bouquet bought from my local dairy.

The flowers were for my uncle's funeral and my cousins who received them were thrilled with them!! Thankyou for delivering quickly and early on the day requested!! I would have liked to have seen what was sent - other florists have emailed a photo prior to delivery. But that is not a criticism - just a suggestion !!

The flowers were not delivered before Christmas when requested they advised they had rejected the order because they were too busy. In my first message trying to find out what had happened and advising of change of address and reason they then sent they flowers to the old address. Will not be using any of these services again.
