When youre ordering from the other side of the world there is always a worry about quality of flowers and delivery. These were delivered exactly on time, my niece loved the card and the quality/choice of flowers delivered. Will use again when needed.

I use florists regularly as it's so special to receive flowers. I have to say that this is one of the best floral arrangements I have ordered. I would like to say that Bronwen who owns Urban flowers was excellent. Unfortunately the flowers were for a funeral, Bronwen understood this and presented a wonderful floral array - she suggested i include a vase as most people would not have enough vases to hold all the flowers one will most likely receive. This was an excellent suggestion. The flowers were so good my brother call me from New Zealand to say how much it helped him on the day. I live in Surrey England and with a 12 hr time difference Bronwen was able to respond to my requirements and took the initiative with regard to delivery requirements. I have nothing but praise for Urban Flowers service. The arrangement was extremely fitting for a funeral, it's a pity I could not re-post the pictures I received of the flowers from my brothers family BTW: This is probably my first ever feedback for a any service but this was outstanding. Very happy with the flowers that were sent (my daughter sent me a photo). I was just a little disappointed initially that there was no orchid plant available as I felt it would be easier to take home with her from the hospital and would last longer once home. I managed to send her one for her first baby. However when I emailed Urban Flowers about it they were good enough to reply to me very quickly and let me know that, while they had no actual orchid plant, an orchid bloom would be included in the bouquet.
