I ordered flowers for my wife for her Birthday on the 5th of November. They were ordered on the 4th. They were not delivered until the 6th of November. I called the florist and they said the courier was bust that day. When they were delivered on the 6th the courier told my wife that he only received the delivery order on the 6th. Not happy !!

What a wonderful service. Ilam Florist went that extra mile in providing red shades of flowers for a Ruby Anniversary beautifully tied with a ruby coloured bow - stunning! The flowers arrived on time and the recipients were totally delighted.
