Very happy with service - was very impressed that flowers were sent even before I rang back to correct my credit card number!! My sister tells me that my Mum was very pleased and loved the flowers so THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Flowers were really good, with nice bright colours and much appreciated by my family who had just moved house.

Actual service was great, but their customer service was rather lacking. Rang to confirm they had been delivered as the track and trace hadn't been updated and the lady in the background relaying all the information was very rude and abrupt. Flowers did make it and present was appreciated by recipient though.
