Hello, I rate 4 stars because I know they were received when I asked for them to be delivered and the price I paid was good. It would be nice to see a photo of the actual arrangement sent as I live in the North Island; this may have encouraged me to give 5 stars. I know of places that have not sent the flowers that were requested and in one case not sent any at all until the sender asked if I'd received them! Thanks Linda

Wonderful Service. Placed an order online from Australia and the flowers were delivered the next day. The delivery was in the Eastern Suburbs and considering the current conditions and road closures I was very delighted to hear that my parents recieved the bouquet so quickly! I was contacted by florist who said they could not actually deliver flowers to a particular ward at Chch Hospital. They suggested a fruit basket, which was helpful. I would like to know if that was actually delivered successfully ??

A little disapointed in response to an e/mal. I though almost 2 hours, but on the otherhand it could have been late through the system. I needed to know if the business was functioning.after the earth quakes. A phone call rectified that and I placed an order on line. The emotional impact on the receipent on receiving flowers was benifical to all. Cheers Shirley

I'm assuming the Florist is closed on weekends, as I requested them to be delivered on the Sunday, but they were delivered on the Friday...other than this it was good communication and the flowers were lovely.

My flowers were late in arriving to NZ. Somehow the address was wrong but the NZ florist e-mailed me to let me know what was happening with my order. I appreciated this very much and the florist who e-mailed was very pleasant and helpful. I also received a phone call from the UK telling me what was happening. Thank you for delivering my order.
