First I am impressed at how easy it is to use 'direct2florist' and how efficient this medium was in locating a florist in New Zealand so that flowers could be delivered the next day. The Florest: Bethlehem Floral Studio, put together and delivered the day after I had ordered, a most stunning bouquet of flowers for my Uncle's 95th birthday. In addition the cost was extremely reasonable and 30% cheaper than other international floral delivery services. I am a very satisfied customer and my Uncle is delighted with his beautiful floral bouquet. I thank Bethlehem Floral Studio for their attention to colour and detail and I most certainly will be using both "direct2Florist" and Bethlehem Floral Studio, Tauranga, New Zealand in the future. My mum liked the presentation and the range of different flowers,she really likes- including scented stock, roses and gerberas', with lovely foliage too). Mum was impressed! Also we had only just come out of Level 4 Lock-down, the shops had only just been able to re-open and there was a shortage of supply, So I think the florist did a great job at the flower selection. Quite disappointed with the bouquet delivered. Not usually the type of person who leaves bad feedback, but $50 is a lot for me and the flowers delivered weren't at all as nice as the pictures. No Lillie's or rose's.. I understand that flowers are seasonal, but they were replaced with garish gerberas Which I know to be cheap, and also Look cheap. Disappointed, as I always try and by from you but I will make sure to only do so when I can see the flowers myself..

I ordered the bouquet 'Array of Sunshine' for my mother's birthday (94 years old) and she was 'gobsmacked' when they arrived at the care home she has just moved into in Tauranga, NZ. Would be good if the time delay from ordering and the shop receiving the order could be minimised - I ordered in the morning to be clear of the cutoff time of 2pm for delivery that day, but order did not get received by florist until 3pm!! Cheers

You lose one star for delivering on the wrong day. I specified Saturday 12 March for a particular reason and they were delivered a day early. Otherwise, they were well received and are still glowing after a week (and a trip to Hamilton and back as a result of the wrong delivery day).
