  The flowers I sent my daughter in New Zealand are beautiful but sadly a day late. I received several emails after I???d ordered and paid for them to say the florist had a question for me but although I replied asking what the issue was, there was no further contact although they did phone my daughter to say they would be delivered the next day, (after her birthday.) Lovely flowers though thank you.

  The service was AMAZING! I ordered the flowers for a friend who had been in hospital for a long time. I ordered them on Tuesday and she had them on Wednesday! I didn???t chose a particular bouquet but left the choice to the florist to chose the freshest flowers. They were beautiful. My friend sent a picture. Thank you so much. Easy to do and a great outcome!

  They arrived a day later than requested but we did receive communication that would be the case, so fine. We had requested tulips as advertised (since we are dutch and sending them from Africa) but they were not tulips. However the recipients comment, 'gorgeous' stated it was all ok. Thanks.

  The bouquet arrived with bare, dry stems not in water.<br />The foliage was wilted which suggested it had been sitting out of water too long or made from sub standard product.<br />I have emailed Briar Rose Flowers but HAVE NOT had a response which is disappointing.
