I couldn't be more impressed. The flowers arrived the day after I ordered them from Australia and recipient was Thrilled with the arrangement. I chose a dramatic one with unusual flowers deliberately and the delivered arrangement was also dramatic and with unusual flowers. even though not the same as the picture online. Mum also loved the colourful vase it was presented in. I would definitely use them again.

Really really disappointed that the flowers chocolates and a balloon were not delivered on the day I asked. My aunties 80th Birthday was on the Sunday and as you have no deliveries on that day I asked for the Saturday. I Skyped my auntie and found that no delivery had been made in on call By my cousin was told they would be delivered on Monday TOO LATE!

Order was not filled or delivered when requested so recipient ended up finding out about them instead of a surprise. As they were ordered in Australia a family member needed to ring them and find out where they were and redirect to a different address. Flowers had not even been made up when family member rung!

I love that it shows us pictures of arrangements from florists that don't have their own website, it makes arranging flower delivery for people in different regions WAY easier. They also let me make a change to the order last minute. One issue - when the florist confirmed that they'd received the request to change the order to Direct2Florist, Direct2Florist didn't relay that confirmation to me, so I had to call the florist myself to make sure the change was being put into action.

Flowers were delivered on time and recipient said they were nice. However no way of verifying the quality of the flowers as I didn't see them and I don't know if they were good value for money. It would have been good if the florist had been able to email a photo of the flowers. I did request it but they didn't get round to sending me a photo. Since I spent $100 I was just interested to know what the flowers looked like.

Being in Australia you dont know they been delivered unless tge recipient lets you know. In our case they went to a hospital and a family member told us they arrived maybe a email or a text message to say they been delivered

Hello, I rate 4 stars because I know they were received when I asked for them to be delivered and the price I paid was good. It would be nice to see a photo of the actual arrangement sent as I live in the North Island; this may have encouraged me to give 5 stars. I was contacted by florist who said they could not actually deliver flowers to a particular ward at Chch Hospital. They suggested a fruit basket, which was helpful. I would like to know if that was actually delivered successfully

A little disapointed in response to an e/mal. I though almost 2 hours, but on the otherhand it could have been late through the system. I needed to know if the business was functioning.after the earth quakes. A phone call rectified that and I placed an order on line. My flowers were late in arriving to NZ. Somehow the address was wrong but the NZ florist e-mailed me to let me know what was happening with my order.
