PLEASE NOTE: That out of town and rural deliveries require at least 2 days notice. An extra delivery charge of $20 applies to rural delivery orders. (All the listed flowers and arrangements are available for next day flower delivery in NZ. The florists also cater for same day flower delivery if we have received your order by 2pm local time (except rural delivery and weekends or out of town where the florist may have to use a courier delivery service in order to fulfill delivery.)

Disappointed! because - the flowers were ordered with specific regard to accommodating the time difference in NZ, but there was no indication that they could not (and would not) be delivered that day - the day of the Anniversary. The flowers were also disappointing. I was dismayed when I saw them, they were not even remotely like what I ordered. There were NO roses. Roses are the first flower in the description of the arrangement - and significant in terms of the selection option. I am unable to fathom how an order received in time according to the website for same day delivery (and for me not to be informed otherwise) that was delivered on the 22 Dec, a day after the date requested 21 Dec - had no roses available for inclusion. There was an over use of carnations and glitter - which did not make up for it. It took me a while to be able to even look at it when I arrived on the 23 Dec. The occasion was to surprise my Dad, with flowers that my Mum (who has passed) loved - Roses and Lilies, on their Anniversary. There was no notification from the florist - that delivery had been completed. The website states an email confirming delivery would be received. And the feedback email arrived on 5 January 2017. The experience has been unlike any other through this service. I will be extremely reluctant to use this service again (I am not a one time customer - I have used the service on multiple occasions over several years). I spent extra to receive a larger arrangement. I feel like this went straight to the florist's coffers - it definitely was not reflected in the arrangement.

The arrangement that was delivered looks nothing like the example photograph on the website. The flowers are inappropriate and there is a lot of tissue providing the little colour that is in the arrangement. It looks almost funereal and not suitable for a birthday. Very disappointed and unlikely to use you again as there appears to be only the one florist with you in Cromwell. I have not had this experience from you before and have been satisfied in the past. Please replace with a more suitable arrangement.
