I cannot leave a review because I have no idea whether or not my flowers were delivered or what condition they were in . Given it was for a bereavement, I don't expect to hear from the recipient any time soon. Generally I get sent a photo of the arrangement and an update on whether or not it was successfully delivered. That helps.
