The cost of flowers in New Zealand is much more than overseas. It is a shame because it makes it an expensive way of thanking someone or cheering someone up. The quality of the flowers is great. It is just the cost which like all things in NZ is making things hard.

The flowers received seemed to be under average condition and size for the price. They arrived perfectly at their destination on time, which was impressive but did not include a card so the person who received them didn't have a clue who had sent them. Also, and I am not sure who this is up to, but the online site for checking up on the order did not update, so all day it read "order with florist", leaving me not knowing if it was going to be delivered or not. Altogether I was not highly impressed.

Very very disappointed. I ordered flowers on 1 May for delivery on Mothers Day to my elderly Grandmother. Depsite NO flowers being delivered, my email following up with the florist (10 May 16) has been ignored. My credit card has been charged - but nothing delivered. Very poor public relations. I will not be using again, and will seek other avenues of address.
