I was unhappy that the flowers I had ordered were not the colour I asked for. I asked for more blue than pink, as the baby is a boy. I did ask for vibrant and colourful and they certainly were that, although they were mostly yellow, not blue. Luckily, yellow is my daughter-in-laws favourite colour.

I was disappointed that the order was not delivered on the same day, as stated in the receipt, and by the time it was delivered a couple of days later, my son had been discharged from the hospital ward I ordered it for, but I was very impressed that the florist somehow tracked down my son's home address and then delivered the basket to him, even though I hadn't given them the address...! And the basket was much nicer than the picture on the website.

I was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service. However, your arrangement was described as "brightly coloured" and in fact it was very pale creams and golds. A bit disappointing. Still, it is Labour Day and I'm amazed you were able to deliver today. I have always been very satisfied in the past.
