The site was nicely set out, easy to follow, with a good range of options, and a variety of payment methods available. The flowers were beautiful and communication was excellent. I live in Auckland and wanted to send flowers in Invercargill so I went online and looked for invercargill florists. My only complaint was the website I found gave me too much choice! The bright flowers I chose looked great and I am sure they would have been received with much joy by my sister-in-law in hospital. An excellent experience for both sender and recipient.

Well, my mother didn't ever receive her card with the message I typed out onto your website as it was left behind by the woman who delivered it. So Mum didn't know who the flowers were from. I put the order in late on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday delivery and telephoned to confirm, had friendly and very helpful response from shop and received feed back from the delivery of the flowers that they were just lovely, being as the were for Bereavement sympathy I truly appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the florists with such a short time frame. Definately 5 stars
