I was very impressed when the courier could not find my sister at the hospital and your staff phoned me. The effort made to ensure my sister did receive her flowers was admorable, as intially the hospital could not locate her, I very much appreciated the care and friendliness shown that led to the flowers being recived. She said that the flowers were "absolutely beuatiful." So thank you!
