  The flowers were beautiful appreciated that they included waratah Australian natives seeing the order had come from Australia, nice touch. Did send a query as flowers were requested to deliver Tues and didn't come until Thursday ,but then also read the Florists delivery conditions and now understand because it was rural may have taken longer to deliver

  Although the flowers arrived on time, I can see from my cousin's photo, that they bore little resemblance to what I ordered. My family has its roots in New Zealand. The flowers were sent to my very elderly father's younger sister for the funeral of her husband. He has not seen her for some years because they are both infirm. We could not go out to my uncle's funeral as we are too far away and the funeral was arranged vey quickly. Because of or deep emotions, we spent some time choosing an arrangement that we felt reflected my uncle's, deep love of his country, and our continuing links New Zealand. We were most disappointed that the flowers sent were a standard selection of what looks like orchids, roses and western flowers that could have come from anywhere in the world

  Thank you for the wonderful professional service. I ordered flowers from Alice Springs (middle of Australia) and they were delivered the very next day in Hamilton, NZ! My elderly mother in law phoned to say they were timely as she was going into hospital the following day and most importantly "they were just beautiful".   Flowers were beautiful (my friend sent me a photo) she was thrilled with them and said they even smelt wonderful. I did order before 2 however the flowers weren't delivered until the following day. Wasnt a problem but I'll need to remember that if I send flowers again as the website said order by 2 for same day deliver.

  Thank you for the modern arrangement as most flowers that were sent were from older people, the arrangement you made for us represented our age. They were received warmly and made a lovely table arrangement due to being in its own container, you took notice of the occasion, even though it was a sad one the flowers were bright and bought a ray of hope to the family.

  Although I never saw these flowers personally, I have been informed by the recipient that she was overwhelmed by them. According to her they were absolutely magnificent, therefore I rate this with 5 stars and would happily purchase from them again if buying for someone in that area.

  I sent flowers to my Dad, I live in Switzerland, and Dad was in N.Z. the day after I sent the flowers, I was called home, two days after that Dad died. the flowers were stunning and I am told they bought him much pleasure. The florist really went out of her way to give Dad the most beautiful flowers, knowing they were the last he would ever see, I am very grateful and highly recommend this florist.
